Comfortable Stay with Scenic Views
Had a delightful stay with my family. The room was spacious enough for us all, offering stunning views. Enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which provided a great start to the day. A kettle and fridge would enhance the experience, so consider requesting them ahead of time.

The dining experience here was a total treat! Munching on the raclette and roast beef at dinner was a culinary highlight, and the breakfast spread had all the essentials to kick off your day right! Plus, the staff’s service was top-notch, making every meal feel special.
The only hiccup was the noise from the neighbors when we were trying to snooze, and the towels could use a better cleaning – one set wasn’t fresh. Just a couple of quirks in an otherwise fab stay.

The buffet breakfast features a decent selection of hot and cold foods, including a solid array of breads and jams. The skiing equipment storage room is handy and secured, requiring a small fee for access, and the shuttle service to the ski lift makes it convenient to hit the slopes without much hassle.
The decor is definitely stuck in the 80s, with beige walls and old furniture giving off a hostel vibe. The bathrooms lack adequate amenities, with basic items like soap and shampoo being scarce. A refrigerator and kettle would really elevate the experience, especially in a place that markets itself with three stars. Wi-Fi is only available in the lobby, which is less than ideal.

The dinner buffet offered a delightful array of dishes, including roast beef and a raclette station that impressed the whole family. The staff provided excellent service, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. the room decor was outdated and could benefit from a refresh, and the limited breakfast options, particularly the lack of meat, disappointed us. my request for a rate adjustment was declined by management, impacting my overall experience.

Just a prime choice for a city break in Leysin with great value for the money. Staff was super helpful in providing glasses and a corkscrew so we could enjoy our champagne. Check the shuttle service. it makes getting to the ski lift much easier than walking.

Centrally located, offering ample free parking, this hotel is ideal for family trips. The room was spacious and clean, although the decor feels dated.
